A mechanical failure was responsible for a hydro outage in the Starbuck area on Feb. 25. A Manitoba Hydro spokesperson said the outage began about 10:30 a.m. and ended around 2 p.m. Jim Peters said about 100 customers were without hydro for the three-and-a-half-hours. [more]
